You can prepare this beautiful Summer salad on a large shared platter or serve on individual side plates for an elegant entree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the combination of flavours that makes this salad sing, with the macadamia bush crumb bringing the papaya, prosciutto, mint and chilli together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A squeeze of lime or lemon is highly recommended before eating and compliments the lemon myrtle in the bush crumb perfectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taste the Australian landscape with our Macadamia Seasoned Crumb Bush Blend. Macadamias, almonds and pistachios combine with lemon myrtle, pink peppercorns, sesame seeds and spices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wonderful as a soup or salad topper, a delicious crumb for chicken or incredible dipped on the end of prawn skewers before or after you grill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Photographing food for clients.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Food photography for clients start with a concept, from where I work with Pinterest <\/a>to create a colour scheme and a mood board. Food styling boards and props are sourced or made according to the colour scheme. From there we create recipes to highlight the clients product, here we worked with Gondwana Macadamia’s Seasoned Crumb Bush<\/a>. The photoshoot starts with preparing the dishes and creating the mood light for the studio set.. To create a bright light food set, with soft directional shadow, I chose one studio flash unit and one large soft-box on a 25 degree angle from the left\/back side. The camera aperture was set to slightly over exposure, it enhances the highlights and white tones and gives the overall look a Summer feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
